Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are based on information provided by the client and site conditions observed during assessment. Significant variations from described conditions may necessitate quote adjustments, which will be communicated before proceeding with work.

Project Agreements

Recreation surface installation projects proceed under written agreements specifying scope of work, materials, timeline, payment terms, and warranty coverage. Both parties must sign project agreements before work commences.

Clients are responsible for ensuring property access, obtaining necessary permissions or permits, and disclosing relevant site conditions including underground utilities, easements, or restrictions that may affect installation.

Payment Terms

Standard payment structure requires 30% deposit upon project approval, 40% progress payment upon material delivery, and 30% final payment upon completion. Alternative payment arrangements may be negotiated in writing for specific projects.

Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by Australian law. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in work suspension until accounts are current.

Warranties and Guarantees

Recreation surface materials carry manufacturer warranties ranging from 10 to 20 years depending on product selection. Installation workmanship is guaranteed for 2 years from project completion date.

Warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. Damage resulting from misuse, extreme weather events, ground movement, or lack of reasonable maintenance is not covered. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

Limitation of Liability

Herbaljointmove liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from service provision or product use.

Clients assume responsibility for ensuring recreation surfaces are used appropriately and maintained according to provided guidelines. We are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from improper use or inadequate maintenance.

Intellectual Property

Changes to Terms

Project agreements signed before term changes remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of signing.
